TWO-MONTH (give or take) UNCONDITIONAL RETURNS
You may return any item within two months of delivery (we’re flexible) for a full product-price refund. That’s it! What else would you expect from a Full-Service Retailer?
We save the fine print for our LIFETIME RETURN POLICY...You may return any item for a full product-price refund as long as the item is in new, unopened condition, with original packaging and accessories.
*For orders that were shipped free: if the returned items cause your original order to fall below $59, we will subtract the original shipping costs from the amount to be credited.
Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Item?
If your return is a result of our error, we’ll provide free return shipping and send you a replacement. If you purchased your product more than 30 days ago AND/OR after using it, have found it to be defective, please contact the manufacturer, Garrett at 1-800-527-4011.
